Our services are educational in nature and are designed to support students and families through individualized instruction, educational guidance, and evidence-based recommendations.
No Professional, Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice
Halo Educational Solutions does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or diagnostic services.
Educational recommendations are based on professional educational experience and the information provided by families. Services do not replace evaluations conducted by licensed psychologists, physicians, attorneys, or other qualified professionals.
Participation in our services does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, school placement decisions, or eligibility for educational services.
Scheduling and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Current service rates are listed on our website and are subject to change. Existing appointments will be honored at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling.
We understand that emergencies occur and reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
Educational Records
Families are responsible for ensuring that any educational records shared with Halo Educational Solutions may be legally shared.
Educational records provided for consultation or assessment remain the property of the family and will be treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All educational materials, assessment reports, recommendations, instructional resources, handouts, and website content created by Halo Educational Solutions remain the intellectual property of Halo Educational Solutions, LLC unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for the personal use of the purchasing family or student and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, or shared without written permission.

Unauthorized use of this website or its content is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Halo Educational Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or educational services.
